Para la elaboración de la fruta podemos proveer líneas y máquinarias para todos los tipos de fruta continental, tropical, con avellano, sin avellano y cítricos. El esquema se refiere a una línea con la máxima flexibilidad pero no optimizada para particulares productos. Los productos que se pueden obtener son purés o jugos naturales o concentrados pasteurizados o en aséptico.
